Lofted Playspaces

Cadas Arquitetura Creates a Unique Rec Area in a Girl's Bedroom

What child wouldn't want a lofted playspace in their bedroom -- or anywhere in the home for that matter. A place that is separate from the rest of the house, becoming a special hiding place even if everyone happens to know about it. One design studio decided to include a lofted playspace in the bedroom of a little girl in order to create a place for fun and imagination.

Designed by Cadas Arquitetura, the lofted playspace and the rest of the bedroom can be found in an apartment based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Upon immediately entering the space, it's clear that it embraces the feminine nature of being a little girl. Yet the colors are sutble and soft, allowing for a slight neutral undertone.
