Sirius Satellite Radio is going to offer live television service in cars by late 2007.

Implications - Excited? Well, all you have to wait for is the deals to be finalized then -- presto! -- you'll have a live in-car television. They are aiming to have the deals all signed and ready to go before the Consumer Electronics Show held in Las Vegas this January.
