Content Creator Account Services

Facebook is Testing a Live Service for Creators Without a Manager

Meta is moving to make its platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, more appealing to content creators with its new live chat service. Content creators and internet personalities bring in a lot of clicks and revenue to Meta platforms. However, only large profile content creators have had direct lines of communication with Meta staff if anything goes wrong, such as a hacked or banned account.

Meta's new live chat service will allow creators that do not have a partner manager for direct communication to still get in contact with Meta staff quickly and efficiently. The live chat service is meant to solve minor issues that creators face as quickly as possible to prevent further damage to the creator's brand or image. Similar platforms that focus on content creator environments, such as 'Twitch' and YouTube have had both assigned relationship managers and live chat contact services for a while, so it is good to see Meta moving in the direction of some content creator giants.

At its inception, this service is only available in the United States and is only available in English.
