The Lexus LX 700h SUV has been announced by the brand as a true all-terrain vehicle that's capable of withstanding exposure to some aquatic environments thanks to a series of rugged features.
The vehicle is equipped with a 3.5L V6 twin-turbo hybrid system along with a waterproof battery and a divider that will prevent water ingress to the engine. The vehicle also feature a waterproof AC inverter that will provide up to 2,400W of external power supply. The operator will be alerted to water infiltration via the 12.3-inch full LCD meter screen on the interior cabin.
The Lexus LX 700h SUV is thus rated with the above-mentioned features to handle standing water up to 700mm in depth for added peace of mind.
