Maserati's Levante GTS Features a Ferrari-Built Engine

The Maserati Trofeo SUV may just be a few months old but the luxury carmaker has already introduced the Maserati Levante GTS 2019. This new variant of the high-performance crossover comes in just under the range-topping Trofeo but still offers an incredible level of performance. Inside the Levante GTS is a Ferrari-assembled biturbo 3.8-liter V8 engine, which provides 550 horsepower and 538lb-ft of torque. According to Maserati, the vehicle is capable of zero to 60mph in four seconds flat and can reach a top speed of 181mph.

Visually speaking, the Levante GTS comes with 22-inch wheels and an incredibly unique cabin. Premium leather trim, carbon fiber shift paddles, sports pedals and a redesigned shift lever are all beautifully represented in the cabin. The sound system is provided by a 14-speaker Harman Kardon sound system.
