The new products are made with 100% whole grain flour and contain anywhere from eight to 15 grams of protein per prepared serving. Some of the baked goods that can be prepared with these new products include muffins, pancakes, waffles and cornbread, offering nourishing ways for people to start their day with a better-for-you version of favorite morning snacks and meals.
The protein-packed baking mixes are free from artificial flavors, artificial colors or artificial preservatives where possible and treat consumers to flavors like Wild Blueberry, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Banana Nut and Chocolate Chip.
