Off-Season Doughnut Campaigns

The Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice Doughnut is Back for April Fool's Day

The Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice doughnut is a seasonal menu item traditionally only available during the fall months, but the brand has decided to shake things up for April Fool's Day. The brand is bringing back the pumpkin spice doughnut for two days only as part of a joke that isn't actually a joke. Patrons eager to get their hands on one of the seasonally spiced doughnuts can do so from April 1 to 2, 2023 at participating locations for in-store shopping, pickup or delivery while supplies last.

Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Officer Dave Skena spoke on the cheeky Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice doughnut promotion saying, "It’s Pumpkin Spice season! Hurry in for our Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. Kidding not kidding."
