This inspiring Kraft Singles commercial tells the heartwarming tale of a few young girls participating in a raffle in order to win a dream dollhouse. When one young girl stumbles upon the winning raffle ticket, viewers are left suspecting she will maintain her glee by collecting her serendipitous prize. However, the audience is left feeling warm when, after overhearing another young girl being consoled by her mother for losing the winning ticket, she returns it to its rightful owner.

By successfully tapping into the audiences emotional capacity, brands are able to create meaningful relationships with individual consumers on an innate and subconscious level.
