Knix originally planned to shoot its Swim 2020 collection in Tulum, Mexico -- but in light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the safety precautions that need to be taken, the brand has taken a new route. During these uncertain times, Knix is prioritizing healthy practices and exercising social distancing.
To launch the new Swim 2020 collection, it is sending $15 to everyone that originally entered the casting call to use right away or in the future. It will also be selecting 25 applicants to send a tropical swimsuit to. These applicants have the liberty to explore their own creativity in the comfort of their own home to shoot the photographs themselves in a safe manner. These photographs will then be used for the campaign launch instead.
