This knitted scarf is much more than a visually appealing design. This scarf actually tells a story when worn by someone.

The knitted scarf has been manipulated by British artist, Sam Meech to make physical textiles into digital works. The actual imagery is simple; it's a horse galloping on a track, but because the entire image is on a piece of clothing, it's even more amazing.

The scarf works in flip book fashion uses Muybridge’s 'Horse in Motion' as inspiration. Meech is looking to experiment more with this kind of textile manipulation and is looking into how to create more knitted scarf works of art, but for now this flip book scarf art is an amazing example of ingenuity.
