Kjaer Weis is the world's first luxury, organic and eco-friendly cosmetics line.

Founded by Dutch makeup artist Kirsten Kjaer Weis, the line was created when she found her clients' skin would get irritated from using conventional cosmetics. According to Weis, "It made me think, if these products are causing short term effects like breakouts and rashes, what would the long term effects be?" With this, she set out to create a luxury cosmetics line that was not only environmentally friendly, but also organic. Each of the products comes in refillable packaging so that consumers can refill their favorite shade instead of throwing away its plastic packaging.

Kjaer Weis products are not certified vegan because they choose to use beeswax, but the brand is paraben free and uses ingredients like Honeysuckle, which is naturally preserving.
