Renowned podcast host and wellness blogger, Kimberly Wilson, recently announced the launch of a virtual retreat aimed at helping attendees work on self-care and personal growth. The three-hour virtual retreat will be live-streamed and include sessions on inspirations, creativity, education, yoga, mindfulness, and the practice of journaling.
The virtual retreat experience requires attendees to join via Zoom with the PDG guidebook that includes a best practice section for getting the most from the retreat as well as a playlist and savvy sources. To keep attendees connected to other like-minded guests participating during the retreat, the virtual event also includes access to a private Facebook group and chat box to ask let attendees ask any questions and interact throughout the wellness experience.
