The MasterChef Junior Cooking Essentials Set Includes Three Recipe Cards

As an alternative to the many toys that have kids play pretend when it comes to cooking and baking, Wicked Cool Toys launched a kid-friendly cooking set at the 2018 North American International Toy Fair.

The officially licensed MasterChef Junior Cooking Essentials Set takes the form of a nine-piece kit that contains kid-safe, non-slip silicone elements on tools like the included mixing bowl, tongs and spatula. Some of the other essentials include an apron, a cutting board, as well as spoons and cups for measuring.

To inspire budding young chefs, the kit includes three recipe cards for three different levels of experience: line cook, sous chef and MasterChef. Wicked Cool Toys also left one recipe card intentionally blank, so that a child may write down one of their own unique kitchen concoctions.
