This KFC Marketing Campaign Shows Amusement at No Cost

The #richkidsofinstagram tag is one to look at in wonder, astonishment and sometimes, confusion—it's also the source of inspiration for this KFC marketing campaign. The digital campaign has Romanian teens show that you don't have to have a personal helicopter or stacks of cash to have fun. This is achieved by recreating ridiculous #richkidsofinstagram photos on a much smaller budget. One of the best examples of this is a teen laying in a pile of coins, versus the original photo with a woman surrounded by stacks of paper bills.

The #littlemoneybigfun campaign captures a range of high and low end clothing styles, accessories, vehicles and most importantly for KFC's purposes, food. A collection of the comical side-by-side shots is gathered on the #littlemoneybigfun Tumblr page.
