Before throwing your old computer in the trash, you should take a note out of Deviantart’s page and make some awesome keyboard key portraits. The artist creates pretty spectacular pieces of art just from using different keyboard parts. He’s known in the art world for creating fantastic pieces out of unorthodox materials.
In this series he decided to do portraits on famous celebrities including Quentin Tarantino, Neil Armstrong, Jay-Z and the Big Bang character Leonard. The style of the portraits are very much mosaic, as he uses different colors of keyboard keys in order to shade the faces properly.
This is definitely an awesome series worth checking out if you’re a fan of Deviantart or even just those celebrities.
