Karen Hurley art is multicolor and brings ordinary objects to life. Her rainbow-hued creations use every color in the spectrum and are made up of hundreds of buttons. The buttons range in size, shade and shape. She clusters sets of them together to create larger images.
Hurley is a young New Zealand artist with tons of potential. She began collecting buttons as a young child and stored them in color-coded jars. This allows Hurley to organize and design her larger pieces with ease. The final result of her calculations and efforts is a spectacular portfolio of rainbow creations. Fantastic art works include a giant apple tree and a wonderful globe.
Karen Hurley art is expressive, vibrant and encourages manifesting hobbies and turning them into art projects.
