Orismar de Souza is a homeless man from Brazil who built his own car out of junk. DIY cars very seldomly look this good and this type of innovation, especially constructed from the materials he used, is rare. Most inventors and creators have a stockpile of materials to work with, nonetheless the money and means to make a concept a reality.

For Orismar de Souza, however, sheet metal and other found objects had to be enough. The frame is self-made using a hammer, chisel and pure human strength. The engine of the DIY junk car is from a motorcycle and can reach a speed of up to 50 mph, making for a marvel amongst homemade automobiles.
