The Carmagheddon is a new Italian car modification series known to be the lowest car in the world, which is also fully functional. The car is essentially a new version of the Fiat Panda that has been sourced from a salvage yard. Once all of the features are applied, what is left is the top half of the car including the hood and windows, resting only 1.2 inches above the ground.
It appears to be not functional at all as the wheels do not seem to be in sight. However, the Carmagheddon car is fully functional, and perhaps the term car may be a stretch. It is more of a trike that runs on one-wheel drive.
