The recession has hit you hard, has it? Don’t worry my skinny-walleted friend, there is a new manually operated clock in Rotterdam, Netherlands which requires a 70-person workforce in order to operate.

OK, so I don’t know if these people actually get paid, or are just volunteers looking to help an artist trying to express whatever it is he is trying to say here, but is this the biggest waste of human power since Olympic curling?
