Jifei Ou's 'Jing Hua' is the garden of the future. When global warming (or cooling) wipes out all plant life, we will have to rely on interactive light installations like 'Jing Hua' to get our botanical fix.
'Jing Hua' from Jifei Ou works by projecting an image of a flower from a birdhouse projector. The image is captured on a white bowl below. The flower on the bowl can be changed simply by twisting or shaking the bowl, allowing users to create a customizable and beautiful electronic flower.
