Sculptural Table Lamps

The Jello Lamp Transforms Soft Forms into Illuminated Decor

The Jello Lamp by MAJU is a 3D-printed table light designed by Hyu Lim that draws inspiration from gelatin desserts and balloon sculptures. Its sculptural form combines a fluted shade with a rounded base, creating a continuous silhouette defined by scalloped contours and inflated volumes. Produced to order in California and Singapore, the lamp is manufactured from plant-based biodegradable PLA using additive manufacturing, leaving the printed surface texture visible across the finished object.

The translucent shade diffuses a warm 2700K glow that accentuates the lamp's layered geometry. Measuring 9.5 × 9.5 × 12.25 inches and weighing approximately 0.5 pounds, the lamp includes a 2.9W light source and an integrated cord organizer within its base. The modular construction allows the shade and base to be replaced independently, extending the product's usable lifespan. Shown in Cottage Core Pink, the design is part of MAJU's collection of plant-based home furnishings that combine digital fabrication with sculptural forms.
