Ancolie is a restaurant located in the U.S. that is doing its part to offer sustainably packaged foods with jar meals served in glass containers. While the presentation is rustic, the reusable packaging is an effort to provide more ecologically friendly foods for consumers to enjoy with an added exchange program that provides a free meal for every ten jars that are returned. The meals are presented in a gourmet and artistic style of elevated class, while the glass packaging only further highlights the detailed creation of the meal.

Chloe Vichot is the entrepreneur behind the Ancolie restaurant. The eatery utilizes custom-shaped jars that can be utilized after the meals for a variety of repurposed uses. The meals range offering quality fare inspired by dishes around the world such as salmon and lentils, omelettes, desserts and layered protein bowls.
