Fahrrad-Campen has designed and developed the i.woody bicycle caravan which is a wooden trailer that is towed by an electric bike. It can be rented, bought, and even offered to be built on its own as well. The home on wheels is a compact structure with waterproof sensibilities.
It is entirely made from lacquered plywood and the home weights between 64kg to 72kg depending on what components have been added. It is finished with a wooden door and a plexiglass window to allow for natural lighting. There is not a lot of space in the interior area but it is enough to fit a single bed and bench that is finished with an adjustable backrest. The bed has a polyurethane foam mattress and holds 360 liters of storage inside.
