These I.T.S. dessert flavors have been created by the flavor house as a solution for brands as a way to elevate the taste profile of products with some classic inspiration. The brand has introduced the Eton Mess, Pecan Pie, Baklava and Basque Cheesecake flavors, amongst others, which keep indulgence but also nostalgia in the spotlight. These flavors can be added to foods and drinks of many kinds, and allow for a new way for consumers to enjoy the classic flavors of their childhood in a decidedly healthier way.

Founder Mike Bagshaw spoke on the inspiration behind the new I.T.S. dessert flavors saying, "One of the most interesting trends is the use of indulgent dessert flavours in healthy products such as protein bars and alcohol such as RTD cocktails, beer and cider. We are increasingly seeing classic dessert flavours used in sports powders and fitness drinks, as well as vitamin and collagen mixes."
