Traeger's Irontop Series is a new line of griddles available in two-burner and four-burner models. These offerings are designed to bring the company's engineering and quality standards to a more accessible price point following the success of Traeger's premium Flatrock griddle from 2023.
The Irontop Series features a rust-resistant and food-safe coating, as well as precision temperature control with even edge-to-edge heating across 504 square inches for the two-burner model and 648 square inches for the four-burner option. Traeger also installs integrated wind guards to maintain consistent temperatures in breezy conditions and rapid heat-up times for quick weekday cooking.
Jeremy Andrus, CEO of Traeger Grills, shares: "Traeger's mission is about more than cooking; it's about creating memorable meals that bring more people together, in more backyards and around more tables. With Irontop, we're lowering the barrier to entry – not the bar – by infusing our innovations from Flatrock into a new class of griddles. It's about welcoming more people into the Traegerhood and expanding what's possible in their outdoor kitchens."
