Intel's Intelligent Dress Displays Breathtaking Fluttering Butterflies

Bringing a fairytale experience to life, Intel's Intelligent Dress is a magical innovation that can be worn. This dress is a co-branded product created by the American multinational technology company in partnership with Turkish fashion designers.

Constructed in collaboration with designers Ezra and Tuba Cetin, the Intelligent Dress is a visually pleasing gown outfitted with various butterfly detail. Though the dress looks like the usual breathtaking couture piece, its butterfly decal is powered by Intel's Edison module. This means the fancy adornments are electronic and can move, detach up from the dress and flutter around. The brilliant dress also responds to body heat, movement and touch.

The butterflies are designed to fly off the dress and flutter around the wearer but the closer onlookers get to the dress the more vigorous the wings of the butterflies flap.
