With 'InstaKOMBU,' MCB intended to revolutionize the production of kombucha powders by formulating a new method that allows for a 100% reconstituted kombucha solution. The company has patented a new micro-encapsulation technology that is capable of balancing pressure and temperature in order to achieve an optimal powdered composition. What this means is that through the production process 'InstaKOMBU' will maintain a complete nutritional profile -- something other powdered supplements struggle to achieve due to harsh processing methods.
