Toy company Mattel created a new line of Barbie dolls for International Women's Day named the Inspiring Women Series.

The line includes 17 new dolls, including the 17-year-old Olympic snowboarding champion Chloe Kin, iconic artist Frida Kahlo, NASA mathematician Katherine Johnson, as well as other inspiring women from the past and present. Each new doll in the collection comes with information about each person it is based after, the contributions they made to society and facts to teach girls to grow up into amazing and powerful women.

The new Inspiring Women series of Barbie dolls by Mattel was launched on March 8th to help children realize potential and recognize the success of the women that surround them.
