Foldable E-Ink Tablets

The Inkleaf is a Foldable Dual-Screen E-Ink Tablet

The Inkleaf was designed by Kameron Yu as a foldable E Ink tablet that combines two 10.3-inch Carta E Ink displays into a book-style format for simultaneous reading and note-taking. The device allows users to keep reference material on one screen while writing on the other, with stylus support enabling content to move between displays. A 180-degree hinge lets the tablet lie completely flat when opened, while the aluminum body measures 8.4mm thick when folded and 4.2mm per panel when open. The design also incorporates tactile page-turn buttons positioned for one-handed use.

The tablet runs Android and supports PDF, EPUB, MOBI, and TXT files without requiring a subscription to access personal documents. An AI-powered handwriting search function helps users locate notes across multiple notebooks. The device weighs 480g and can also function as a portable secondary display when folded open.
