With the rise of electric vehicle ownership, Tesla's Unlimited Mile Warranty plan demonstrates the future of auto coverage.
With claims that it offers the "World's Best Service and Warranty Program," Tesla now provides greater coverage for those who own electric vehicles. One of the main benefits of the new plan is that the company has waved the annual $600 service fee that was previously required to keep warranty coverage valid. More importantly though, the company's Infinite Mile Warranty now covers users for eight years and unlimited miles. This means that Tesla owners will no longer have to cover the cost of pricey battery problems. As an added touch, Tesla even includes valet service when repairs are required.
As electric vehicles become increasingly popular, Tesla's warranty plan demonstrates how auto companies can negotiate repair and service coverage.
