Right now, Americans are looking at one of the toughest job markets in a long time, and the ad hopes to serve as a reminder that Indeed can help employers connect to potential workers. In an interview with AdWeek, Jennifer Warren, vp of global brand marketing at Indeed said "The concept of the ad is about our mission of helping all people get jobs, and I’m emphasizing the ‘all’ because we really wanted to represent the true labor force and that we work for everybody".

The ad will run at the Super Bowl during the first quarter.
