KFC is introducing immersive fast-food restaurants with the launch of KFC Muse in Dubai, transforming traditional quick-service dining into an interactive experience. Opening October 31, the two-story flagship features a changing atmosphere designed around lighting, sound, and visual displays, encouraging customers to engage with the space beyond ordering food.
At the center is the Kinetic Bucket, an installation that creates a dynamic restaurant environment. The location also introduces KFC MIX'D, allowing customers to personalize chicken with sauces and toppings. Meanwhile, KWENCH brings specialty beverages, including boba refreshers, sparkling lemonades, and iced coffees, to the UAE market.
For KFC, the concept creates opportunities to attract customers beyond regular mealtimes and encourage longer visits. With another location planned for Seoul, the flagship restaurants will help shape future international openings and renovations while expanding the brand's dining experience.
