Stella Im Hultberg Paints a Hauntingly Mysterious Woman

Brooklyn-based artist Stella Im Hultberg has created some haunting images for her solo show at the Mementro Mori at L.A.'s Thinkspace Art Gallery.

She mainly focuses on making watercolors, oil paintings and drawings of one particular dark-haired lady who is, to say the least, mysterious. Although Hultberg is based in Brooklyn, her work strongly reflects her past which was situated in South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Look at the gallery above to see this large-lipped mysterious woman with skulls sleeping on petals and hiding behind her own large tresses.
