Stacking Cooking Containers

The Ignis Steam Cooker Proposes is an Efficient Food Prep Appliance

For those people who are tight on space at home, the Ignis Steam Cooker would capitalize on limited countertop area and even replace some of the stovetop's purpose. Designed by Rui Pereira, this clever culinary appliance could enhance a tiny kitchen and even prove useful at the office.

The boxy device would plug into the wall and provide a single hotplate to heat up your meal. The kit concept comes with four glass bowls of different sizes, each with its own red clay lid and the ability to stack one atop the other. The idea is that you separate your vegetables, your meats, your rice and your cheese with the Steam Cooker. The opening lids pass heat upwards to prepare the ascending dishes to their decreasing temperature requirements.
