Created by Jessica from How Sweet It Is, the Coffee Ice Cream Hot Fudge Sundae Pie has a macaroon crust and a cherry on top. For added fun, there is also a generous helping of rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream.
Described as a "gigantic pie-like version of a chocolate vanilla swirl," the coffee ice cream is mixed in with vanilla. The toasted macaroon crust is made with shredded coconut and has a "chewy and gooey and a little bit crunchy" texture.
