Burger King France created Ice Burgers, enclosed dessert pastries featuring hot brioche pockets filled with cold vanilla ice cream and sealed by an ice cream sandwich machine. The flying-saucer silhouette is stamped with BK's logo and the format is designed to combine hot and cold textures in a compact, handheld treat.
The lineup includes two variants: one filled with Nutella and hazelnut crumbles and the other with Lotus Biscoff spread and Biscoff cookie crumbles. The brioche pockets are sealed by the machine to enclose the fillings and keep the shape intact until purchase.
Because they melt, Ice Burgers are available only in-store at select locations and they were offered first to Kingdom Loyalty Program app members ahead of a September 8 national release in France. The member access and machine-sealed format make the item a shareable, novelty dessert for on-site consumption.
