Burger King's New Firecracker Cookie Pie Celebrates America's Birthday

It's America's 250th birthday this year and Buger King is celebrating with a tasty new frozen dessert called the Firecracker Cookie Pie.

The Firecracker Cookie Pie is described as a "'chilled crunch’ experience" that consists of layers of velvety cream on a sweet sugar cookie crust. The whole thing is then topped with red, white, and blue star-shaped sprinkles for a patirotic touch.

The Firecracker Cookie Pie is just one of Burger King's new "craveable seasonal innovations," which also includes the new Loaded Jalapeño Whopper and the new Orange Dreamsicle Freezee King. As Joel Yashinsky, Burger King US&C's Chief Marketing Officer, explains, “Whether they’re looking for a full meal or a sweet or savory snack, these new limited time menu items deliver the type of innovation Guests have been asking for, and we’re continuing to listen and give them what they want.”
