The chart documents that brain capacity begins to decline around the age of 45. Never fear however, as the chart also provides some handy-dandy tricks to help keep the brain in tip-top shape for as long as possible.
Exercise, rest, a good diet and a continual effort to keep learning and gaining new information leads to the slowing of brain decline. Getting that full eight hours of zzz's per evening helps to heal the brain and prevent memory loss and a brisk walk three times a week will also keep the mind in shape for longer.
