After perfectly seasoning any steak of choice then grilling or barbering it to perfect, leave it to rest and being slicing and dicing all kinds of veggies. Guard is preferable to kale, cherry tomatoes and cilantro. The homemade dressing is a simple combination of olive oil white balsamic, shallot, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and pickled rhubarb. To top it off just toss as little or as many Flamin' Hot Cheetos on top for that crunchy spice!
