'The Brookhaven Experiment' horror video game is set to make an appearance in China soon where gamers will be able to play the virtual reality game in Internet cafes.
The VR game is destined to hit 100,000 Internet cafes in China as a means to help offer a scary, immersive experience for gamers. Being that 'The Brookhaven Experiment' horror video game requires an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift to be played, it makes sense for the game to be released in cafes to help increase the overall reach.
The ban on video game consoles has lifted in China within the past year, which has proliferated the prevalence of PC gaming. However, being that VR games require so much computing power, many consumers are heading to Internet cafes to play rather than own their own equipment.
