Earthy Honey Lagers

This Lager Uses Farm-Sourced Honey For a Delightfully Sweet Sipping Experience

Public Coast Brewing Company has gone about and released a brand new honey lager that aims to offer an accessible and eminently enjoyable drinking experience to casual lovers of suds as well as seasoned craft beer aficionados.

The 'Farm Honey Lager' comes in at five percent ABV. As far as its flavor profile is concerned, this honey lager makes generous use of earthily sweet honey sourced from the nearby Public Coast Farm, with the end result being a lager that is easily crushable in the tradition of great lagers, but also offers evolving aromas and tastes. The inclusion of honey offers pleasing sweetness as well as a warm character which makes this brew ideal for both the warmer and cooler months.

According to head brewmaster Will Leroux, the 'Farm Honey Lager' is 'a Mexican style lager that features German noble hops for a spiced, balancing bitterness.'
