With the holiday season just around the corner, the Home Depot has released a new app that helps shoppers to find the items they are looking for in stores. The new app is designed to help the retailer compete with online businesses such as Amazon, which are changing the way consumers shop during the holiday season.

The new Home Depot app is more comprehensive than other retail apps in that it is designed to help consumers both inside and outside of the store. At home, consumers can use the app to see what stores carry the product they are searching for and how much inventory that store has in stock.
