App-Connected Smart Telescopes

The Hiuni Smart Telescope is Connected, Motorized & Computerized

The Hiuni Smart Telescope reimagines the traditional telescope with its auto-adjusting, motorized object location technology and its computerized Sky View smartphone app, making stargazing easy for amateur astronomers.

Hiuni is the first telescope that provides two different perspectives of the night: a wide-angled view that can be controlled with a virtual joystick to see more stars and a close-up view through its 6” optical tube. The telescope’s built-in GPS also connects to the Star Map app, which provides highlights of current visible objects and provides alerts for upcoming astrological events that the Hiuni can automatically align itself to.

Hiuni’s app provides augmented information in real-time for planets, stars, objects and constellations that are currently being viewed in the sky. Its Dual Sensor Celestial Object Viewing Alignment technology understands where Hiuni is located and what it is aimed toward, allowing it to wirelessly auto-calibrate itself for the best views, even from the comfort of one's couch.
