Hinge and Headspace have partnered to help its users calm their pre-date anxieties with mindful meditation workshops. Meeting someone for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. When you couple this with the anxiety of living through a pandemic, it's easy to see how people trying to find love in 2020 have enough on their plate.
In order to help daters clear their head, Hinge has planned two meditation orientations scheduled to coincide with World Mental Health Day on October 10th. The dating-related meditations are titled Pre-Date Nerves and Your Inner Voice, and plan to help participants practice self love and mindfulness before dates and beyond.
