Ancient Grain Tots

RollinGreens Makes Healthy Tots with Millet Instead of Potatoes

As an alternative to comforting tater tots made with chunks of potatoes, RollinGreens launched a collection of healthy tots made with the gluten-free ancient whole grain millet—which is actually "a pseudo grain and a member of the grass family," as RollinGreens describes.

In comparison to classic deep-fried potato tots, this modern, reimagined product boasts rich, nutrient-dense ingredients. Millet is extremely high in both iron and magnesium, which makes it one of the easiest grains to digest. Millet also supplies the body with calcium, manganese, fiber, B vitamins and antioxidants.

RollinGreens' bite-sized, cubed Millet Tots are offered in a range of flavors, including Spicy-Sweet, Italian Herb and Original with Sea Salt and Onion Flakes, which were unveiled at the Natural Products Expo West 2017.
