Promoting healthy habits in kids is incredibly important, especially when it comes to food and nutrition. To give parents and schools a helping hand in this category, TasteWise Kids has launched a number of initiatives to promote sustainable eating across all younger demographics.
The organization relies on four pillars -- Learning, Discovering, Inspiring, and Exploring. To solidify its message and to highlight its recipes, TasteWise Kids also partners with Culinary Chefs to introduce a high-end kick.
One program offered by the organization is 'Days of Taste.' It includes hands-on activities that teach children basic culinary skills. The initiative also includes a farm trip and the preparation of a farm-fresh salad. The workshops, on the other hand, seek to inspire healthy habits in kids by teaching them where food comes from, how one can maintain a sustainable diet, and more.
