Konrardy founded 'Supplemental Brewing,' which is a start-up brewing company that specializes in healthy beer. The company produces two high-protein beers that are specially designed for fitness enthusiasts. 'Brewtein' is a wheat ale that is packed with seven grams of protein. 'NutriBeer' is a lager-style beer that features four grams of protein and fewer calories than Brewtein. The protein-fortified beers are intended for fitness buffs who want to be able to enjoy a refreshing beer without sacrificing their fitness goals.

Supplemental Brewing is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to publicly launch the fitness-oriented beers.
