PizzaExpress' Healthier Pizza Range Includes a Portion for One

To help consumers enjoy its popular 'Leggera' healthier pizza range at home, PizzaExpress introduced a trio of take-home pizza products for retail environments.

The Prawn & Broccoli, Spinach Kale & Goat Cheese and Chicken & Vegetable varieties are packaged in small rectangular boxes that contain just a single portion of pizza for one made with a multigrain crust. To emphasize the fact that these pizzas are packaged in smaller formats, they include a stamp that touts the pizzas as lighter and healthier meals that serve one. Alongside this, all of the assorted toppings on each pizza are listed in small print.

The packaging for these nourishing vegetable pizzas designed by the Bulletproof agency shows off the vibrancy of each food product, communicating that a better-for-you option does not mean compromising on flavor.
