Health Warrior's Snack Bars Celebrate Chia Seeds as a Main Ingredient

Over the last couple of years, chia seeds have come to light as a powerful superfood that's rich in protein, fiber and Omega-3s—for these reasons, these ancient seeds are one of the primary ingredients in Health Warrior's snack bars.

As a brand, Health Warrior found that most packaged American food contained soy, corn and sugar, and sought to swap these ingredients for a superfood instead. As a result, healthy bars like the Acai Berry, Banana Nut and Dark Chocolate Cherry were born.

These superfood snack bars are filled with about 12 to 16 percent of one's daily recommended intake of dietary fiber and three grams of protein. In comparison to many other energy bars that are loaded with more than 20 grams of sugar, Health Warrior's bars only contain five grams.
