The new show by Netflix and in partnership with Headspace, 'Headspace Guide to Meditation,' helps viewers learn the practice of meditation and learn the science behind it. The eight-episode series is narrated by Andy Puddicombe, the founder of the Headspace platform, and underscores the simple ways mediation can help you in your daily life, "from tackling stress to embracing gratitude." The show was designed for all levels of meditation practitioners, from novice to expert and everyone in between.
Each 20-minute episode shows viewers the basic techniques of mediation and ends with a guided mediation that puts the skills discussed into practice. The episodes cover topics ranging from “How to Let Go,” “How to Fall in Love with Life” and “How to Deal with Anger.”
